Join our team and help us change the game in the web3 market space! **Required skills** - 5+ years Web3 marketing experience, preferably in launchpads - 2+ years of experience leading a marketing department in Web3 market space - An exceptionally strong communicator, both written and oral - Knowledge and interest in the cryptocurrency industry - Experience devising and delivering marketing campaigns with measurable impact - Ability to work well with internal stakeholders and external agency partners - Easy going about remote working with stakeholders all around the world **Responsibilities** - Develop, implement, and monitor an all-around marketing strategy - Be the Social Media expert and take complete responsibility in building, implementing, and monitoring a SM strategy - Become the go-to person for all marketing, communication, and promotional activities - Help manage external relationships with crypto media, press, journalists, agencies, influencers, partners, and possibly investors - Advance methods for data-driven decision making. - Set growth metrics for campaigns, engagement, and events. - Surface and effectively communicate analytical insights
