The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for managing the financial activities of Loranlord Project Management Services, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance. The CFO will oversee all aspects of finance, including banking, payroll, regulatory compliance, financial preparation, process setup, customer processes, project valuation, and any other financial duties as required. The CFO will work closely with the Founder, who is also the Shareholder and Managing Director, to support the financial health and growth of the company and its managed projects. As the company grows and goes to market with developed software, the CFO may need to structure and lead a finance team. Additionally, the CFO will be in charge of structuring the group entities to derive the best tax and regulatory benefits. The CFO will also establish efficient global payment channels for contractors and partners for receiving payments on the platforms being developed. Key Responsibilities: -Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations. -Payroll & Compensation: Administer payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries. Handle compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations. -Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and legal requirements. Prepare and submit necessary financial reports and tax filings to regulatory authorities. -Process Setup & Improvement: Develop and implement financial processes, controls, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. Establish customer invoicing and payment processes. -Financial Strategy & Planning: Provide strategic financial guidance to the Founder and Managing Director. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and project valuations. Identify and evaluate investment opportunities and risks. -Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present financial reports to the Founder and Managing Director. Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and key metrics to stakeholders. -Project Valuation: Conduct valuations of software development projects and potential investments. Assess financial viability and return on investment for new projects. -Group Structuring: Structure group entities to derive the best tax and regulatory benefits. Ensure optimal legal and financial structuring of the group. -Global Payment Channels: Establish efficient global payment channels to all contractors. Establish partners for receiving payments on the platforms being developed. -Team Development: Assess the need for a finance team as the company grows. Recruit, train, and manage a finance team when necessary. -Miscellaneous Duties: Perform any other financial duties as required to support the operations and growth of Loranlord Project Management Services and its managed projects. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably within the software development or technology sector. Skills: Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel). Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in building and leading a finance team is a plus.
